We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Coordinator  to manage all facets of HR Department 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing the recruitment, talent acquisition, probations, onboarding and all associated documentation.
  • Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
  • Conduct phone screening, and reference checks and coordinate the interview process.
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and accurate record keeping of personnel files, HR documentation, relevant HR systems, policies and procedures.
  • Manage all HR queries internally and externally.
  • Draft employment documents and contracts.
  • Understanding of Awards, FairWork Act and NES etc.
  • Manage  adhoc tasks and projects as required by the Management team.
  • Manage performance review process

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s in human resources management or Equivalent
  • Ideally have min. 5 years of HR knowledge and experience with Private Developer/Builder in Australia construction market
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, dealing effectively with deadlines and evolving priorities.
  • Commitment to building positive and collaborative relationships.
  • Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Be a team player, self-motivated and able to work autonomously boarding, ll as collaboratively in a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Be driven and want to progress your career.
  • Australian Citizen 
  • Fulltime and Onsite Role
