Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
The ideal person will have demonstrated experience in the design phase of the development
process and exposure to dealing with councils for approvals as well as general development
exposure. You will display tenacity and enthusiasm with the desire to create a long-term
a career in residential development
• Participate in all project meetings/consultant meetings and authority meetings.
• Coordinate all development application deliverables as scheduled.
• Organize authority pre-lodgment meetings in an appropriate manner.
• Assess all consultants, reports.
• Overview and guide consultant input including design/recommendations/solution
• and respond promptly.
• Managing project development and planning to make sure our project is in control
• Deal with the council and other authorities to get DA approval on the program
• Managing PCA/BCA, surveyor to get CC and make sales smoothly
• Assist the development Director in finalizing new acquisitions and carrying out feasibility
• study.
• Assist the Development Director in carrying out due diligence for new projects.
• Other relevant tasks authorized by the project director.
To be successful in this role:
• At least 3 years experience in a development manager role for either a large
construction/development company
• Required Candidate with experience in Mixed-use, Retail, Residential Apartment
• Experience working in the construction industry is desirable.
• IT literacy and competency in programmes such as MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite
etc
• Highly enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who requires minimum supervision, is willing to learn, has a keen interest in the building construction industry, and is a dedicated team player.
Salary is Negotiable depending on Experience
You must be eligible to work in Australia. This role requires Prior experience in a Development Manager role
