Summary :
To provide Project Managers with support, to ensure the efficient running of the projects/ jobs.
Responsibilities:
- Updating daily software program (job numbers, status of works)
- Assist supervisors with quotations for trades, products, services and materials
- Contract Management (Home Builders Compensation Fund applications, Building Contracts,
Council Applications, Scope assessment, Progress claims, OH&S, Engineers &
Consultant Reports) - Prepare job folders for site (Supervisor)
- Overlook booked quotes/tender
- Prepare notice of commencement signs, site set up, projects schedules for new projects
- Carry out and assist with specific projects and administration requirements
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Excellent computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel, MS Project, outlook)
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to multitask
- High level interpersonal, and good written and oral communication skills
- Strong team orientation
- Experience in a similar role within the residential construction industry and/or property
industry (desirable)
